Terms & Conditions

Dutchyssey is operated by Marc Ponte - Dutchyssey by Talyssey (Portugal), a brand of the Talyssey group. It connects Dutch-speaking candidates with companies that need Dutch, anywhere in the world.

Every job on Dutchyssey must require a level of Dutch. Jobs that don't are refused.

• ✦You must be at least 16 years old and use real, accurate details.
• ✦Every new account is checked by our team, usually within 24 hours, before it can apply, post jobs or message.
• ✦You're responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us right away if you think someone used your account.
• ✦One person or company, one account. Fake or duplicate accounts are removed.

• ✦Dutchyssey is always free for candidates.
• ✦Your CV and answers are only shared with the companies you apply to (or, if you choose, visible to verified companies searching for talent).
• ✦Be honest about your Dutch and English level and your experience.
• ✦Never pay anyone to get a job. A real employer will never ask you for money — report it with the 🚩 button.

• ✦Only publish real, current jobs that need Dutch, with honest pay and conditions.
• ✦Prices: €109 per job for 30 days online, or €599 per month for unlimited jobs. Optional boosts: €39 (7 days), €59 (14 days), €99 (30 days). Prices include Portuguese VAT (23%) where it applies.
• ✦Every new or edited job is checked by our team before going online. Our AI helper may flag jobs, but a person always decides.
• ✦Use candidate data only to recruit for the job they applied to, and in line with GDPR.
• ✦No discrimination, no fees for candidates, no MLM, no adult content, no misleading offers.

We may refuse, pause, suspend or remove any job or account that breaks these rules or looks unsafe. We always explain why by email, and you can ask us to look again (see DSA Reporting & Appeals).

We work hard to keep Dutchyssey safe and online, but we can't guarantee that a job leads to a hire or that the site is always available. Hiring decisions are made by companies, not by us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Before going further, please write to info@dutchyssey.com — we'd love to fix it together. Consumers in the EU can also use their local courts and the EU online dispute resolution platform.
