• ✦Candidate profile: Dutch and English level, experience, countries, availability, CV (stored privately), application answers and messages.
• ✦Company profile: company name, logo, website, KvK/VAT number, recruiter contact details, job posts.
• ✦Payments: handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number. We keep invoices as required by law.
• ✦Technical data: essential cookies, security logs and basic usage statistics (only with your consent).

• ✦To run your account and match candidates with Dutch-speaking jobs (contract).
• ✦To check accounts and jobs and prevent fraud (legitimate interest).
• ✦To send emails about your account, applications and jobs (contract).
• ✦To issue invoices and meet tax rules (legal obligation).
• ✦To improve the site with analytics, only if you accept (consent).

Companies only see the candidates who applied to their jobs, or visible profiles you chose to share. We use trusted processors for hosting, email, payments (Stripe) and AI moderation, with GDPR safeguards. We never sell your data.

As long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile and CV within 30 days, except invoices and records we must keep by law (up to 10 years in Portugal).

You can access, correct, delete, export or restrict your data, object to processing and withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@dutchyssey.com — we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Portuguese authority CNPD (www.cnpd.pt) or your local authority.
