Refund & Billing

• ✦Single job: €109 — online for 30 days after approval.
• ✦Unlimited plan: €599 per month — post as many Dutch-speaking jobs as you like, cancel anytime.
• ✦Boosts: €39 (7 days), €59 (14 days), €99 (30 days) to appear at the top.
• ✦Candidates never pay anything.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your bank statement shows "DUTCHYSSEY BY TALYSSEY".

An invoice (DYS-YYYY-…) is created automatically for every payment and is available in "My company" → Invoices. Portuguese VAT of 23% is applied as required. Invoices are issued by Marc Ponte - Dutchyssey by Talyssey, VAT PT276979818.

The unlimited plan renews every month until you cancel in "Manage subscription". When you cancel, it stays active until the end of the paid month; no partial refunds for the current month.

• ✦If our team refuses your job before it goes online, you get a full refund.
• ✦If a technical problem on our side keeps your job or boost offline, we refund or extend it.
• ✦Once a job or boost has been online, it isn't refundable, except where the law says otherwise.
• ✦Jobs removed for breaking our rules (fake job, fees for candidates…) are not refunded.
